Joe (Joseph Louis) Lazaroff is General Counsel of FullView. He received the B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1962 and the J.D. Degree from Harvard University in 1965. From 1965 to 1976, he was with private law firms, practicing intellectual-property law with a focus on transactions, contracts, procurement, litigation, opinions, prosecution and licensing. He then joined AT&T, where he led its intellectual-property litigation division from 1985 until his retirement in 1999. He has since shepherded FullView. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the following: the state and federal bars of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and the District of Columbia; the federal bar of the Northern District of California; and the 1st, 5th, 9th and Federal Circuits.
He has been invited to serve on numerous committees and panels of the
American Bar Association
and on the
Aspen Action Forum.
